MPS (Micro Pulse System) is a power unit for 3rd generation electrostatic precipitator. It uses 3-phase input voltage and generates up to 130 microseconds pulses per second for up to 120 times to supply power to the electrostatic precipitator.
Minimized weight and footprint
HV Tank & power supply combined type
Lower energy consumption than DC type
Increase high resistance particle collecting efficiency
Module design
High speed arc suppression control
Various protect functions
Convenience for maintenance
features
Lightweight & downsizing
· Combine invertor module, output high voltage module and control module type
·Minimized external cable
(link input, output, communication cable only)
Increase high resistance particle collection efficiency
· Adjustable output inductor tap values
·Different capacitor values according to electrode size and feature
· For change output pulse resonance state
·Adjustable PULSE frequency (Find out best condition by tuning)
ARC(Spark) Control Method
· Detect pulse voltage / current slope (dv/dt)
· Suppress arc when the pulse current over than setting value
(over than setting peak current)
ARC(Spark) Control
· For maximized collecting dust, input max setting voltage
· When a arc occur, the output voltage can recover setting max voltage even DC or pulse voltage
· Set lower voltage duration, high voltage recovery type, pulse frequency
ARC Control Capabilities
· Max pulse voltage: 100kV (DC+Micro Pulse Switching)
· Adjustable pulse duration
· High dust collecting performance
· Prevent back corona
· Reduce maintenance cost
· Reduce power consumption
· Stable System maintenance
Working normally even on a module failure
· Modularize of output (modularized for easy maintenance & replace parts)
· Consist of 12EA output module
· Even got a damage on two module, but the power supply works normally
